Who is Ki Leaders?

Ki Leaders is a coaching and talent advisory business founded by  OJ Kerr, who brings 20 years of experience coaching leaders at inflection points in their careers and advising businesses on talent strategy. 

Most recently, OJ worked at Bain & Company where she supported financial services, private equity, and telco executives with their professional growth and development. She also developed the global internal career mobility function at Bain where she and her team were responsible for driving a culture change that empowered employees to create their own career paths and contribute to the business in meaningful and impactful ways. Prior to Bain, OJ worked in executive search with Heidrick & Struggles, Russell Reynolds, and others.

Whether working with the c-suite or emerging leaders, OJ is known for her ability to create a trusted environment where her clients are respected, can confidentially discuss the challenges they face, and ultimately are able to drive transformative and lasting change. OJ defines her success through her clients’ ability to increase their impact, thrive in all aspects of their lives, and achieve their potential.

OJ obtained her Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University with a major in marketing and a minor in Japanese language and culture. She completed the coaching training program from the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and is a Certified Coactive Professional Coach (CPCC). OJ is also recognized as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the  International Coaching Federation (ICF), the most globally recognized credentialing program for coach practitioners. OJ is an affiliate member of the Institute of Coaching at McLean, a Harvard Medical School affiliate that ensures scientific integrity in the field of coaching. 

Having lived in Japan, the UK, and the USA, OJ returned to Canada in 2014 and now calls Toronto home.
