Why use a psychometric assessment

A psychometric assessment can be a powerful tool  to provide insight into a leader's behavior, work style and likely impact on others. When used in a coaching engagement, they can make it easier for the leader to open up a discussion when they may be otherwise inhibited from talking about themselves and reveal insights on their impact on others which may not be apparent.


Businesses integrate  psychometric assessments in their recruitment, succession planning, and onboarding processes. A psychometric assessment provides greater insight into an individual's behavioral preferences, how to best motivate and how may come across when under pressure.
